Desde una visión más personal, me considero una persona muy sencilla y cercana. Actualmente soy madre de un bebé que es un terremoto y ha puesto nuestras vidas del revés desde que entró en casa. Me ha enseñado a adaptarme a mi nueva identidad, a ser capaz de entender y no juzgar que podemos tener sentimientos contrarios a la vez, a saber priorizarme y a relativizar las cosas. Esto me ha ayudado mucho para trabajar con las familias ya que puedo conectar con ellos desde la propia experiencia.
Desde pequeña he sido una persona muy curiosa y con muchas ganas de aprender, tanto en el campo de la psicología como sobre cualquier otro tema que me interese … En mis ratos libres, me encanta disfrutar de actividades al aire libre con mi familia y mis amigos. Aunque soy de y vivo en la costa, me encanta escaparme a sitios de montaña en cualquier época del año, ya sean los Pirineos en primavera o los bosques del País Vasco en otoño.
Siempre he sentido fascinación por el funcionamiento del cuerpo humano y más particularmente por su motor principal, el cerebro. Esta curiosidad fue creciendo a lo largo de mi etapa de instituto y me hizo decantarme por la rama de ciencias de la salud y graduarme en Psicología en la Universitat de València (UV).
Creo firmemente en la importancia de la formación continua para poder dar a mis pacientes las mejores herramientas, actualizadas y eficaces para hacer sus vidas más felices. Es por esto que, durante los últimos años, he seguido formándome en paralelo a mi trabajo en la clínica privada. Me he ido enfocando en trabajar en terapia los vínculos afectivos y el duelo perinatal. Por ello he hecho cursos específicos sobre terapia de pareja (Colegio Oficial de Psicólogos de la Comunidad Valenciana) y terapia sexual (Asociación Española de Psicología Sanitaria) así como Curso de intervención en duelo gestacional y perinatal (Colegio Oficial de Psicólogos de la Comunidad Valencia).
También poseo el Curso de experto en intervención con EMDR Nivel 1 (Asociación Española de EMDR) que me permite trabajar de forma específica con mis pacientes aquellos síntomas relacionados con el trauma y Curso de intervención en habilidades socioemocionales en niños, Superskills (Universidad Miguel Hernandez)
Tras finalizar mi carrera quise profundizar en todo lo relacionado con nuestro cerebro y entender cómo son los mecanismos que nos llevan a actuar de determinada manera. Por ello, realicé el Máster de Investigación en Cerebro y Conducta en la Universitat Jaume I (UJI). En él profundicé en el análisis de los cambios que ocurren en el cerebro de las madres biológicas y no biológicas, así como cuidadores secundarios tras la maternidad.
A lo largo de todo este periodo fui realmente consciente del enorme efecto que nuestros pensamientos y emociones tienen sobre nuestro comportamiento en nuestro día a día y sentí la necesidad de poder aplicar mis conocimientos y poder ayudar a otras personas. Fue entonces cuando decidí cursar el Máster en Psicología General Sanitaria en la Universidad CEU San Pablo e iniciar mi carrera como psicóloga clínica.

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Here’s how our website covers some of the most important screen-reader requirements, alongside console screenshots of code examples:
Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others. Additionally, the background process scans all of the website’s images and provides an accurate and meaningful image-object-recognition-based description as an ALT (alternate text) tag for images that are not described. It will also extract texts that are embedded within the image, using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology. To turn on screen-reader adjustments at any time, users need only to press the Alt+1 keyboard combination. Screen-reader users also get automatic announcements to turn the Screen-reader mode on as soon as they enter the website.
These adjustments are compatible with all popular screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA.
Keyboard navigation optimization: The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML, and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the website operable by the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key.Additionally, keyboard users will find quick-navigation and content-skip menus, available at any time by clicking Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside of it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
